Ordered this letterbox but it arrived in the wrong colour. Lori and her team were very helpful and tirelessly communicated with me several times to make sure I get the right order. Finally , I received it today. I am very pleased and happy with the colour and quality of the letterbox. It is exactly the same as my present existing one. Service is superb !
